Regional Scholarships:

The 2025 Graduating High School Senior Scholarship application period is now OPEN.

Two scholarships are available for your application:

Volunteer Service Scholarship — This scholarship recognizes graduating seniors for their volunteer service in schools and communities, allowing them to register for courses at accredited colleges, universities, and trade, or technical schools. Applicants must be PTA members graduating from a California high school between January 1 and June 30 of the current academic year.

$500 Dr. Ralph E. White Graduating Senior Scholarship – Honoring the volunteer and public-service legacy of Dr. Ralph E. White and his wife, Eleanor, this additional scholarship provides $500 each to two successful applicants of the Volunteer Service Scholarship who intend to pursue a career in the medical field.

Applications, reference forms/letters, and all supporting documents must be received in the California State PTA office by February 01, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (PST).

Link to The Celebration of Excellence (COE) Scholarship 2025

The eligibility requirements are:

• High school senior, graduating in May/June 2025
• A minimum cumulative (not weighted) GPA of 3.4
• Demonstrated active participation in school
• Demonstrated active participation in community service
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Evidence of commitment to attend and graduate from a four-year college or university
• Applications from relatives of members of The Links, Incorporated will not be considered.
• The online scholarship application and all supporting materials must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

InspirASIAN, a non-profit employee group of AT&T, is seeking qualified applicants for its 2025 National InspirASIAN Scholarship Program.

They are offering at least 28 scholarships of $2,000 each for the 2025 academic year. Besides the national scholarships, they are also offering state scholarships to Northern California students.

The scholarship program is open to all high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale. Seniors do not need to be of Asian descent to apply.
