🏫 About Leadership at Alhambra
The Leadership course at Alhambra High School focuses on two main goals:
- Creating a Positive Culture and Climate
Through academic and social activities, leadership students promote school spirit, inclusion, and community connection.
- Developing Effective Student Leaders
Students in the course build and master essential leadership skills, including:
- Communication (Verbal & Non-Verbal)
- Organization & Planning
- Understanding of Government
- Business Management
- Public Speaking
- Personal, Social, & Emotional Growth
- Problem Solving
- Communication (Verbal & Non-Verbal)
🏛️ What Is ASB?
ASB stands for Associated Student Body, representing the interests and goals of the entire Alhambra High School student body.
ASB officers and members of the Leadership class plan, organize, and lead a variety of events and initiatives that create a vibrant and connected campus, such as:
- Homecoming & Spirit Week
- Formal and Informal Dances
- Cultural & Community Awareness Projects
- Staff Recognition Events
- Campus Spirit and Engagement Activities
